Many high-achieving students in the Midwest grow up hearing about the same handful of large public universities and nationally recognized private universities. Meanwhile, dozens of exceptional liberal arts colleges receive little attention — despite producing graduates who excel in consulting, finance, medicine, law, technology, research, public service, and graduate education.

CollegeUncovered exists to bridge that information gap. I help students discover colleges where they can truly thrive — academically, socially, and professionally — not just the schools they already know.

Too many talented Midwestern students end up at the same handful of Big Ten campuses simply because that's where everyone else is going. There is nothing wrong with those schools — but "everyone else goes there" isn't a strategy, and it isn't a fit. I want students to make a real choice, not a default one.
